Welcome to huat21. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and huat21 ("Platform", "we", "huat21") governing your use of our online betting platform, accessible via the huat21 website and mobile application.

Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing or closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of all accumulated balances and winnings.
All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. huat21 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of this information at any time. Required details include your full name as stated on your identification, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and a secure password.
You are solely responsible for keeping your huat21 username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone — including family members or friends. huat21 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to keep your login information secure.
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure, huat21 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal or when an account activity requires further verification. Accepted documents include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a recent bank statement, or any other official document that confirms your identity and address.
Huat21 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available specifically for the Malaysian market:
Deposits are typically credited to your huat21 account within 1 to 3 minutes after the transaction is confirmed. If your deposit has not been credited within 10 minutes, please contact huat21 customer support and include your proof of transaction.
The minimum deposit at huat21 is RM 20 per transaction. Maximum daily deposit limits vary by payment method and your VIP tier. Higher-tier VIP members enjoy larger deposit limits. Current limit details can be viewed in your account settings.
The minimum withdrawal amount at huat21 is RM 50 per transaction. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification and compliance with the rollover requirements for any active bonus in your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the technical limitations of that method.
Huat21 does not accept deposits from bank accounts or e-wallets that are not in your own name. All deposits must originate from an account registered under your name. Any deposit found to have come from a third party will be returned and the account in question may be suspended while an investigation is carried out.
All bonuses and promotions offered by huat21 are subject to rollover requirements and any other conditions stated in the respective promotion details. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with the specific terms applicable to that bonus.
The huat21 VIP Rewards Programme has five tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) and operates on VIP points accumulated through wagering activity. Weekly cashback, monthly credits, and other benefits are automatically credited based on the member's current VIP tier. VIP status is guaranteed for three months from the date the tier is achieved. huat21 reserves the right to adjust VIP point rates, benefits, and tier criteria with reasonable notice to members.
Any attempt to abuse the huat21 promotions system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, improper hedge betting (bonus hunting/arbing), coordinating between accounts to manipulate bonus terms, or any behaviour deemed by huat21 to constitute system abuse — may result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of related winnings, and account closure.
All games available on the huat21 platform — including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports), Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger), slots, lottery (4D, 6D, Toto), and other games — use a random number generator (RNG) that has been audited by an independent and qualified third party. All game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by huat21 or any other party.
Sports betting odds on huat21 are updated in real time and are subject to change until the market closes. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled. huat21 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of information irregularities, incorrect odds, or exceptional circumstances affecting the outcome of an event.
In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, huat21 will attempt to restore the state at the time of the disruption using saved server records. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets may be voided and the wagered amounts returned to the member's account. huat21 is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions on the user's end.
For Sports Betting, if a match is postponed or cancelled before the valid full-time duration is reached, huat21 will settle the relevant bets in accordance with the sport-specific rules set for each league and competition. As a huat21 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:
You may close your huat21 account at any time by contacting our customer support via live chat or email at support@huat21.asia. Before closure, all active bets will be settled and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to any active bonus rollover requirements.
Huat21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Members who need a break from the platform can contact huat21 support to activate self-exclusion — either for a set period (24 hours to 6 months) or permanently. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed after the 24-hour cooling-off period. huat21 prioritises member wellbeing and will honour all self-exclusion requests without further question.
Huat21 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, huat21 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, free from technical errors, or suited to the specific needs of every user.

Huat21's maximum liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Huat21 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of this agreement. By using the huat21 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, we use your data to: operate your account and process transactions, verify your identity (KYC), provide customer support, send relevant promotional information (with your consent), fulfil legal obligations, and prevent fraud.
